Heeding Benjamin Franklin’s prescient proposal for “promoting useful knowledge,” the seeks to share useful innovations, both in thought and in practice, with the aim of encouraging scholarly exchange and the subsequent benefits that are borne of scrutiny, experimentation and debate.
