The Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe) is the European resource for the collection, organisation and dissemination of data on biological macromolecular structures. It is a founding member of the worldwide Protein Data Bank which collects, organises and disseminates data on biological macromolecular structures. It provides information about all PDB entries, multiple search and browse facilities, advanced services including PDBePISA, PDBeFold and PDBeMotif, advanced visualisation and validation of NMR and EM structures, tools for bioinformaticians.
