By implementing joint activities (between R&I actors, public authorities, and the private sector) towards innovation deployment, ACTT4Cosmetics aims to integrate the entire value chain of the cosmetic industry to implement structural changes such as digital and ecological transitions, but also innovation as a lever for sustainable growth to respond to the main local and EU challenges in the field of cosmetics for the benefit of the society. To improve the digital and sustainability maturity and to find innovative sustainable solutions, the consortium will use ACTT4Cosmetics to inform the stakeholders, train the entire ecosystem through capacity building actions, boost sectorial and cross sectorial collaborations and share funding opportunities. ACTT4Cosmetics has 3 ambitious general objectives in line with the HORIZON-EIE-2022-CONNECT-02 call expectations: (i) Innovation deployment through digital transition in the Cosmetic sector, (ii) Reinforcing Green Transition in the cosmetic sector in order to fight climate change, (iii) Create consumer/citizen awareness of, implication in, and sensibilization on cosmetic industry. ACTT4Cosmetics gathers 8 partners and 2 associated partners from 6 countries. The partners are very complementary as they have both common assets and separate key competences. An implementation plan is presented in the form of 7 work packages. Synergy in communication and dissemination by the partners and stakeholders will permit to maximize the ACTT4Cosmetics project impact. Solutions to overcome the fundamental barriers by creating an open, inclusive, efficient cosmetic ecosystem to go towards Digital, Green and Societal Transition all over Europe.

Our project aim will be achieved through the following objectives:- To map and connect spaces of non-formal and informal learning, which will enable young people to better “navigate” through the learning opportunities, based on their needs, interests and passions across the wide spectrum of learning.- To build the online mapping software adapted to the needs of partners’ represented territories and easily scalable across Europe in the future - To develop capacities of local learning providers and build online software for creating learning playlists - a youth friendly way to present and deliver diverse learning content online and offline with integrated recognition through open badges. - To build a toolkit and documentation for online software, which will enable any regions, cities or consortiums create their maps and playlists of learning anywhere in Europe. Project idea is based on the needs of organisations and young people and also responding to the regional, national and EU youth policies, calling for a more connected, diverse and recognised learning opportunities, based on passions and interest of young people, linked with the real life and delivered in a participatory and youth friendly way. Project responds to European challenges in education and employment by increasing equity for non-formal and informal learning across different domains and by creating connections among organisations and spaces in cities and regions. The ultimate target group are young people living in the territories of partners involved in this project. At least 1000 young people will be involved directly in research, testing and using interactive maps of spaces of learning and learning playlists. At least 85 coaches who are social workers, educators, youth worker, youth leaders we will engage in staff training and multiplier activities. To reach the wider impact on at least of 4000 people, we will work with youth departments and administrations of local governments and other stakeholders related to non-formal educationThis project will be developing three intellectual outputs: 1. Interactive mapping web application based on the methodology of mapping various spaces of learning.2. Web application to implement learning playlists to offer more attractive and engaging learning opportunities to young people, including the recognition with open badges.3. Toolkit on how to connect learning spaces using the methodology and technical solutions of mapping and learning playlists. In order to develop these intellectual outputs we will carry out two staff training activities. The multiplier event will promote the results and outputs of this project. During the implementation of the project we will follow the Connected Learning principles; the methodology of Interactive mapping and Learning playlists; participatory methods to involve young people, and Design thinking process to develop intellectual outputs and manage the innovation building. The project will enable 5 territories in Europe to map various spaces of learning and offer attractive and engaging learning playlist for young people. The project will create technical solutions to be used online for mapping and learning playlists, which will be accessible to use by other territories in Europe. The technical solutions, practical tools and methodologies will enable learning providers and communities to offer a better access, wider choice, more attractive and well recognised learning opportunities for young people in the participating territories from Germany, France, Lithuania, Netherlands and Spain. The capacity of partner organisations to deliver high quality services to their communities and young people will increase as a result of our involvement in this project. We expect to raise the profile of our organisations and youth work and non-formal education in general. We envision that the other cities, regions and territories in Europe will be able to start mapping spaces of learning and implementing learning playlists by using the software, documentation and toolkit produced during this project.
