    << Objectives >>This project aims to involve VET trainees and trainers in STEM training using innovative Digital Agriculture technologies. Learners will participate in interdisciplinary activities from the real job market that encourage young people to be creative with technology and acquire digital skills in demand. Modern Digital Agriculture is chosen as a practice that incorporates STEM disciplines that can enhance the attractiveness of the VET Institute and can lead to the job market.<< Implementation >>1)Managing the STEM4Agri Project 2)Adapting the necessary conventional and mainly cutting-edge agricultural technologies paradigm from the AUA university curriculum to the VET curriculum 3)Training VET trainers 4)Training VET trainees in the context of focusing on STEM actions and artifacts that are directly related to environmental and agricultural processes 5)Verifying the skills acquired by all the trainees 6)Dissemination of beneficial results.<< Results >>Participating trainees will be benefited from various STEM themes combining creativity, innovation, and constructiveness that can lead to a promising career. As they work on their interdisciplinary projects, they will have the opportunity to develop digital skills, explore scientific concepts, be familiar with the digitization of food & beverages sector and apply Digital and Sustainable agricultural practices. The project also provides trainers with professional development skills on STEM field.

    << Objectives >>The objectives of this project are to reduce the unknown about the application of automatic technologies in the livestock farms and increase the green skills and solutions for the reduction of environmental impact and save the ecosystems with a positive effect on the environment. In addition, the introduction of automatic technologies and digitalization of livestock farms we can increase the use of digital tools and elearning methods and introduce new key figures in farms by young learners.<< Implementation >>We are creating a new VET course focused on the emerging new digital and automatic technologies needs by the livestock market, interaction between VET education and farmers for the introduction of new facilitation for the work and animal welfare, a web-platform focused to digital and green skills increasingly the transformation of the new job carries on digital an automatic technologies tailored to the labor market for a quick new occupations that are emerging, sharing project results.<< Results >>With this initiative we will cement the cooperation and networking of participating organisations, sharing project results with stakeholders and entrepreneurs involved in the livestock farming, contributing the development of a VET course that increase performances of farm management and work activities for the benefit of farm families for a better quality of life, increase the animal welfare, generating new occupation for the introduction and maintenance of new tools and analysis of the data.

    "<< Objectives >>The AgroPro project aspires to provide the agriculture professionals acquaintance with the available airborne technology & software as well as with UAV international legislation & regulations. The acquaintance with mission planning & the available open source and commercial tools, along with the understanding of aerial imaging & the creation of aerial surveying workflow will open new horizons to the beneficiaries, who will also learn about the use of drones as actuators for spraying and seeding.<< Implementation >>AgroPro consortium is going to work together to develop an ""e-Guide listing new career paths in agriculture thanks to drones"" and a ""Competence Framework & Competence Assessment indicators"". A ""MOOC on the use of UAVs and associated digital tools for sustainable agriculture"" will also be developed. The developed training course will be applied and tested into 3 training courses in 3 different languages in the partner countries.<< Results >>The project is planned to deliver 3 main results: 1. An e-Guide listing new career paths in agriculture thanks to drones 2. A Competence Framework and Competence Assessment indicators 3. A MOOC on the use of UAVs and associated digital tools. Participants of the Training Program will: understand the benefits of drone use in agriculture; get equal opportunities for drone certification from EASA, learn about the U-Space plan and new professions."
