The ENT-NET project aims to promote and encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment to address three main problems facing young people today: high unemployment rates, lack of basic knowledge to open and run a business and the deeply theoretical nature of business education. The analysis of the socio-economic contexts of the partner countries (Spain, Italy, Greece and Romania) aims to create a sustainable network to develop, transfer and implement innovative and good practices and training methods for young entrepreneurs. In this sense, the target groups are young adults (18-35) with training, with low training and without it; in addition to the participation of women will be taken into account and evaluated through specific indicators to measure the gender equality of the project. The project aims to directly involve over 1000 people as direct participants in training activities and indirect target groups, to be carried out in partner countries. Some of the participants could attend training courses abroad. As mentioned earlier, the ENT-NET consortium is made up of four partners: Spain, Italy, Greece and Romania. All of them have extensive experience in providing training and support to target groups and have developed several projects at national and EU level in the relevant areas of the project; in addition, they present a great network of collaborators to contribute to obtain the greater possible impact for the project. In order to achieve the objectives, a series of activities have been designed that give the project the necessary form and structure. These are:- Creation of a web-based training platform accessible in English and in the different languages of the consortium.- The development of a common curriculum through the exchange of best practices and methods of the partners.- The design of training courses based on the contents of the curriculum.- The writing of a Methodological Training for Trainers of Entrepreneurs- The realization and testing of four training courses in four countries associated with local and foreign participants. The results and expected impact of the project are summarized in the following points:- To increase the entrepreneurial capacity and the competences of the participants.- To increase the ICT competences of the participants applied to the creation of companies.- Increase opportunities for professional development of participants.- Increase the creation of businesses by young people.- Improve participants' perception of self-employment as a feasible alternative. In this way, the long-term benefits are measured taking into account three important dimensions: the individual, the group and the social. In the first place, it will be beneficiaries the individual participants who will acquire skills and early entrepreneurial competences to start and run a business, through a course of training at European level and based on the development of the best practices and methods of the entities that form the consortium. Secondly, the partners will also be beneficiaries as ENT-NET develops their knowledge and methods and will be able to improve and standardize their training actions to develop a European network of entrepreneurs. And finally, it will be society itself - both nationally and European - that can benefit from the materials developed and the learning acquired by people with names and surnames start new businesses, which will have a direct impact on the reality partner of its towns and cities.

ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) are the leading cause of death and disability worldwide. It has been reported that over 10 million people suffer from an ABI yearly across the globe. The global average is the 9% of the total population (Majdan et al, 2016).Nowadays, ABI treatment does not follow a predefined protocol: therapists design a custom pathway, individualizing all processes in a multidisciplinary and patient-focused approach attending to their own impairments (muscle control, movement patterns, functional limitations or memory loss). So, formal caregivers need to know to design personalized care services. It implies a permanent life-long learning for providing high-quality care services. Informal caregivers might also experience barriers and lack of knowledge with this regard.Partners detected a lack of training activities, and tools at EU level addressed to formal caregivers, specifically for ABI patients. For that reason, partners submitted the TOOLS4BRAIN project in order to support the life-long learning of formal caregives and, consequently, contribute to increase the quality of life of ABI patients and their families. The TOOLS4BRAIN has developed two Intellectual Outputs: -IO1 is a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) in the form of an e-Health App that provides a new validated and evidence-based methodology translated into a practical guideline for training ABI formal caregivers, suitable to be adapted to several ABI patients because the App is based on a complex algorithm and on a strong decision analysis model able to provide formal caregiver with training path specifically designed and adapted for each level of brain injury disability. This App is accompanied by a Booklet aimed at avoiding the digital gap and enhancing accessibility for any caregiver. -IO2 are Policy Recommendations adapted to the characteristics of the countries involved to provide guidance on relevant health policy matters in the field of Brain Injury. Thus, TOOLS4BRAIN provides an innovative and high quality learning tool able to improve and extend the capacities of ABI formal caregivers in providing high quality and personalized services to their patients. Partnership was set considering the main scope of the project and the complementary skills and expertise needed to deliver the project outputs: -The Nisa Hospitals Neurorehabilitation Unit (NeuroRHB) cares for and treats patients who have suffered brain injuries or other neurological disorders. NEURORHB was Project Coordinator and Financial Manager-FEDACE performs activities of representation and promotion to facilitate and increase the inclusion of people with ABI, and the attention for their families giving support and rehabilitation programs and to fostering public interventions, founder of the Brain Injured and Families – European Confederation (BIF). As Dissemination & Sustainability Manager established and developed a Dissemination and Sustainability strategy. -NOVAMENTE is a non-profit association that aims to support survivors of ABI and their caregivers with a strong expertise in organising workshop addressed to ABI families, professional and public body and in sharing and providing support and information for ABI relatives, being also a member of BIF. NOVAMENTE was designed as Quality and Ethics Manager.-BOSEV works closely with several medical centres, hospitals and clinics offering courses and training for several professional and workers, providing all kinds of tools and equipment required by modern medicine sharing them among society, to construct and establish all kinds of health facilities. As a technical Manager coordinated technical activities, ensuring its correctness, efficiency and implementing measures when required for minimising risks and deviations.TOOLS4BRAIN implementation involved the participation of end-users and stakeholders during the development of the outputs, through workshops attended by 30 people to gather their feedback on the tools provided in a user-centered approach; 12 interviews with different stakeholders (health professionals, ABI patients and relatives and policy makers) to collect information and requirements on health services; and 4 Multiplier Events attended by a total of 200 people including formal and informal caregivers, associations of ABI patients and their relatives and policy makers to disseminate the project results. In addition, the project results will remain available at NEURORHB website to increase the outreach after its completion. "A rare disease forces the person who suffers from it -especially if they are young- to daily efforts, a constant enthusiasm, and continuous learning. The high barriers that these people must overcome daily to carry out any activity are an act of courage and heroism, but they are also an example for all young persons in their same situation, who will learn to overcome them more easily. The project ""YOUNG PERSONS WITH RARE DISEASES: THE VALUE OF FACING LIFE"" will be an initiative aimed to raise awareness towards those young persons who suffer from rare diseases, not only as a mechanism to recognize their value, but also as an example of good practices, so that other youth in their situation can learn to live with their disease and reach full inclusion. To accomplish this, we propose the creation of a European network of foundations, institutions, and entities, to exchange experiences and good practices, but also collaborate to promote learning and training for youth in general -especially young persons with rare diseases, but not only them- through an innovative peer learning methodology in which youth with and without obstacles are the promoters and protagonists. To achieve this, the project proposes the creation of a strategic partnership of entities with great impact capabilities, significance, and media relevance, encompassing entities like FUNDACIÓN ISABEL GEMIO and FEDERACIÓN ASEM (both from Spain), UNIAMO FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA MALATTIE RARE and DUCHENNE PARENT PROJECT ITALIA (Italy) and CMT-FRANCE (France), who will work along with their beneficiaries, public institutions, and experts to create an innovative and digital training strategy for youth based on IGTV resources and videos created by the beneficiaries and experts themselves: IGTV - YOUTH WITH COURAGE.This result will be a set of audiovisual resources showing the lives of exceptional young persons who overcome the barriers imposed by their rare diseases every day, not only recognizing their value, but also serving as an example of improvement to other youth suffering from rare diseases. This will be a dynamic result, because in addition to the young persons linked to the partner entities, other non-associated young persons suffering from rare diseases will benefit from the project and will be able to take part in it by creating their own videos, becoming part of IGTV - YOUTH WITH COURAGE.These videos will be the basis for a dissemination campaign through social networks and the media, to promote awareness, inclusion, and investment in the research on rare diseases as the best way to recognize the value and effort of young persons suffering from them.To carry out all of this, multiple and diverse activities will be carried out during 24 months, in which the young participants themselves will have a leading role. From 4 transnational meetings (Spain-France-Italy-Spain), to multiple national activities to develop the videos, dissemination and awareness activities, evaluation activities, bilateral meetings with collaborating entities...We believe that thanks to the dissemination and impact capabilities of the partner entities, and their close relationship with the media, public administrations, health centers, and beneficiary associations, this partnership will allow to raise awareness towards a reality usually unknown to youth in general, while developing the social, digital, cultural, and citizenship competences of both youth with and without special needs and the youth technicians who work with them, who will get to know a reality that is generally not known to them, improving their work and volunteer practices"

"<< Background >>A fair and sustainable society, with a modern, resource-efficient and competitive economy cannot be achieved without a workforce to support it. That is why it is necessary to prepare the workforce for the skills requirements inherent in green jobs and to ensure that industries and workplaces do not face a shortage of adequately skilled workers. The EU is the world’s leading producer of wine and, like any other agri-food industry, both contribute to climate change and is affected by climate change.Environmental competences are essential for the wineries workforce and surrounding society, in order to ensure a positive ecological footprint of the activities carried out in this farming sector. Upskilling is, therefore, necessary to reap the benefits of the aforementioned ecological strategy. The need for a competence framework that identifies the ""green"" knowledge, skills and aptitudes has already been claimed by the EC. The wine sector can not be left behind. And linked to the competencies to be identified, a wine sector competence-based training that enables the workers to acquire the competences is particularly necessary.<< Objectives >>The aim of 'Green Vineyards' project is to raise the knowledge, skills and aptitudes of workers in the wine sector, addressing the challenges of climate change. The project objectives are:a) To identify the environmental competences required by the workers to ensure a positive ecological footprint of the activities carried out. b) To identify common gaps in the workers' knowledge, attitudes and skills, to better address their training necessities.c) To provide personalised training for wineries sector staff, according to the identified skills gaps and making the required training available 24/7. d) To facilitate access to training, creating a friendly and accessible online learning environment for all workers of wine sector.e) To raise awareness of climate change impact in the key sector of wine production.f) To improve the climate literacy of rural communities. g) To disseminate the expected outcomes in order to transmit the created knowledge all over Europe, making the knowledge and technology transfer from the wine sector to other agri-food sectors as smooth as possible.<< Implementation >>“Green Vineyards” project will identify the key environmental competences needed in the wine sector workforce to achieve an immediate and positive impact on climate change. It will comprise the identification and analysis of knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to work in a sustainable economy. The project consortium will also identify the best practices in upskilling workers. All this identified knowledge will be put into practice through a course, that split into modules, will have two different approaches: a) the identification of existent open educational resources, and b) the creation of specific contents, to jointly create a repository of learning contents that will satisfy workers training necessities. To support the acquisition of the required skills, a self-assessment tool will be developed. It will permit the workers to identify the competences they lack and will suggest the most adequate training to acquire those competences, through personalized training itineraries.A Training platform will be specially built to collect all the course contents, facilitating open access to the modules, the escalation of both the courses and final users, and the sustainability of the overall approach. The learning scheme will be tested, piloted by approximately 300 participants, and subsequently improved.A certification tool will be put in place allowing final users to obtain evidence of the competence achieved, improving their competitiveness within the labor market.A transferability scheme will be put in practice to disseminate project results in all educative sectors, as well as other agri-food sectors and industries.<< Results >>In two years and half of intensive work, the project will produce the following tangible results:a) An environment-oriented Competence Framework, usable not only by the whole wine sector but transferable to many other sectors.b) A catalogue of best practices, interventions put into practice by sector stakeholders, such as wineries, trade unions or cooperatives to showcase how these organisations re-skill or upskill their workers to acquire environmental competences. c) Multimedia resources, based on the catalogue of selected practices. 5 ad hoc created videos will be produced. Td) A self-assessment and recommendation tool, showing workers which competences they lack and proposing the most appropriate training itinerary.e) A complete set of appropriate training materials, specifically tailored to acquire the identified competences.f) An online Learning Hub, a brand new multi-platform site, responsive, that will permit universal and free access to the contents, methodology and outcomes. This will allow the use of mobile devices daily, whenever, wherever. g) A transferability Toolkit. a step-by-step guide that will describe and plan the transfer of the Green Vineyards methodology and contents. The results will be openly licensed to allow the re-use and/or modification by third-party organisations. After having tested the learning scheme by 300 workers, the sector will get a specially created tool to improve its workforce capacities to participate in a more 'green' and sustainable economy, enhancing at the same time the overall society awareness about climate change."
