It is a dynamic and growing sector, whose contribution to the dynamism of the territories is well established. These Very Small Entreprises link all the countries and carry strong values of transmission, excellence, know-how, short circuits, proximity or even sustainable development ...In recent years, there has been a new attraction for crafts by people with a first professional experience, wishing to give a new meaning to their life and choosing crafts to retrain. However, the craft sector still suffers from a degraded image in the eyes of the general public, which too often considers that the crafts they represent are painful and offer a limited future. This negative image also persists due to a lack of gender mix in many activities. In fact, the volume of women managers only reaches 25%. The vast majority work in services and caring profession (hairdresser, esthetician) or in production activities related to the traditional crafts (jeweler, upholsterer, textile manufacturing, etc.); few of them represent such sectors as mechanics, building.Mixed jobs, professional equality between women and men and female entrepreneurship are therefore priority issues for the craft sector! State of ArtEntrepreneurship experts assume that women start fewer businesses than men because they face more obstacles (financial, time, and even self-confidence). 48% OF WOMEN THINK IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO BE A MANAGER THAN AN EMPLOYEE AND THAT TO BE SUCCESSFUL, THE CATCHWORD MUST BE ""COMPETE TO WIN, HAVE RELATIONSHIP, HAVE CHARACTER"". Objectives- Study biopsychological criteria influencing entrepreneurs profile- Allow managers to enhance their skills on confidence and self esteem consideration - Encourage collaborative exchanges between managers- Facilitate access to entrepreneurship financing solutions Impact The project will have a direct impact at a national and European level, benefiting from the participation of the 4 committed countries to the different activities. The project will contribute in particular at:1. Encouraging, developing and optimizing a training offer, based on an innovative approach2. Boosting professional organizations to modernize traditional trades and promote growth3. Convincing Politicians to support the craft sector, its economic and social value and its employment capacity"

Teachers trained through these activities will develop new digital content which will be tested in class. The results will be used to create a set of guidelines on how to digitise different subjects in VET.<< Results >>Di-struct! Will create new tools for introducing more active learning activities in VET through the use of ICT. The main outputs will be: an analysis of the state of the art concerning digitalisation, an E-Learning course, a set of subject-based guidelines on digitalisation. Practitioners will increase their knowledge of digital tools available; gain competences to create more interactive activities with the use of ICTs. In doing so were were able to address the barriers to learning and labour the market TEACH focused on the following objectives:1) To train educators from across educational sectors (teachers, VET trainers, adult educators)2) Develop new and innovative training methodologies and training resources around Arts, Crafts and Enterprise that can better meet the needs of our disadvantaged learners3) Provide an in depth analysis of how the use of arts and crafts linked to enterprise can help the re-integration of disadvantage groupsThrough our work we have seen the use of arts and crafts as effective engager to learning and our project has examined/ tested the following themes:* Lack of learner engagement with traditional learning methods* Engagement and Empowerment of hard to reach learners* Use of Arts and Crafts to motivate learning whilst retaining national traditions* Progression of learning routes for learners* Use of non formal education around arts and crafts and entrepreneurship* Use of social enterprises around traditional arts and crafts By working on these themes we:1) Shared knowledge with our partners through practical and focused arts and crafts based workshops and training activities (Engaging and training learners/trainers in many different art and craft forms)2) Developed intellectual outputs and materials, that demonstrates the use of Arts and Crafts as an 'engager' to education, with pedagogical materials, trainer guidance, lesson plans3) Produced a comparative analysis of key art and craft forms and their value in supporting different forms of learning (School, VET, AE and work based skills development) linked to enterprise.4) Involve learners and trainers in producing our project materials and outputs.TEACH was needed for a number of reasons that are still common across our partner countries and more broadly across the EU, they include the high levels of unemployment particularly amongst people with little or no formal education and those facing significant deprivation and disadvantaged.TEACH sought to train educators and develop resources to better engage, empower and work with disadvantaged groups to develop their employability skills and then to help them develop enterprises where they can sell their goods at decent prices to earn a living or have the confidence to re-enter formal education or work.We sought to address:* The engagement disadvantaged groups helping them to re-enter education through the use of arts / crafts and Enterprise based learning * Empowering people with low skills to improve their confidence and develop their employability, helping them to find and sustain work or learning opportunities* Creating learning, teaching methodologies and a series of outputs around arts and crafts/enterprise* To train cross field educators on arts and craft techniques as well as using and developing social firms and enterprises to support learning this will involve developing solutions for a spectrum learners and trainers* Sharing best practice on education training techniques on the use of arts, crafts and enterprise based learning across our partnershipTEACH has been great in bringing educators from across the EU to learn and develop new skills that they have been able to test with their clients, it has helped them to implement organisational step changes when working with marginalised groups. For instance our Romania partner has been able to engage young adults with low skills, helping them to develop their basic skills through crafts based workshops and in doing so have been able to set up social enterprises around Christmas markets. Our project has been able to train trainers though our training activities, build trainer confidence, explore new teaching methods and develop organisational capacity and resources, We have also demonstrated our project successes through local conferences and other dissemination activities. These activities have informed our wider network of partners and stakeholders who have been able to explore our projects work and sought to develop mechanism to support disadvantaged learners, for instance Birmingham City Council used elements of our projects learning to test family learning activities and Wolverhampton Adult Education Service has sought to increase their creative adult education provision.

The participating organisations will contact, exchange with European VET organisations to research and list in the online timeline and the guideline the relevant resources that have been developed for the different steps before, during and after international mobility. The involved partners will also work on the conception of 1 online training session for the mobility preparation and 1 online training for the evaluation & valorisation of international mobility. The involved partners will organize and participate to several transnational meetings during which they will work together on the development of these tools and share their good practices in international mobility management in VET sector. Such transnational meetings will be completed by follow Up online meetings to coordinate and regularly monitor the good advancement of the project.Once the mobility innovative tools will be pre-finalized, testing activities will be organized with VET learners, mobility referents and teachers actively involved in international mobility projects implementation to get feedbacks and adjust the tools if needed. At the end of the project, in addition to all the communication activities that will be done all along the project, local multipliers events will be organized in each participating country and one online transnational multiplier event will be organized to share largely these tools at the local, national, European and international levels.<< Results >>Within this Mobilitimeline project, we plan to create, test, and share 5 mobility projects pedagogical and administrative tools that will be relevant and useful for the Mobility referents and the VET learners to promote, prepare, follow up and evaluate/valorise the international mobility project:- The international Mobility online timeline which will contain different parts including relevant advice, processes, existing resources following the steps for promotion, preparation, follow up and evaluation of an international mobility project.- Online mobility timeline tutorial video which will present clearly how to use the online mobility timeline step by step to get the best of it.- Guideline ""Good resources and practices to realise an international mobility project"" which will be created in parallel of the online timeline and contain the list of relevant European existing resources, processes and advice to ensure a high-quality international mobility pedagogical and administrative management.- International mobility preparation online training session which will allow the VET learners to get advice, to know the important elements before going abroad for an international mobility project.- International mobility evaluation and valorisation online training session which will allow the VET learners to get advice, to know the important elements after their international mobility projects."
