assignment_turned_in ProjectPartners:Egestionpyme Internet S.L., FUNDACJA INSTYTUT BADAŃ I INNOWACJI W EDUKACJI, ESIC University, CONFIDEASTAR PROJE EGITIM ve YONETIM DANISMANLIK HIZMETLERI LTD.STIEgestionpyme Internet S.L.,FUNDACJA INSTYTUT BADAŃ I INNOWACJI W EDUKACJI,ESIC University,CONFIDEASTAR PROJE EGITIM ve YONETIM DANISMANLIK HIZMETLERI LTD.STIFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2021-2-ES01-KA210-ADU-000048687Funder Contribution: 60,000 EUR"<< Objectives >>The main objectives of this project are:- To raise awareness amongst companies about the importance of managing their talent, particularly the one which comes from the experience of those over the age of 45.- To develop materials aimed at companies, trainers and HR professionals, which create itineraries to improve the professional skills of those over 45, according to the new job market demands.- To avoid the exclusion of this group from a labour market that constantly requires new skills.<< Implementation >>The following activities will be carried out:- The creation of a ""Talent Management Guide: training recommendations for people over 45"", aimed at companies, trainers and HR professionals.- A training course for companies, trainers or HR professionals, in which the previously developed materials will be put to use.- Carrying out activities to disseminate the project, at a local, national and European level.- Holding a transnational meeting.<< Results >>The main motivation of this project is to develop materials so that people over the age of 45 acquire skills that allow them to enhance their skills and strengthen their position in the labor market. It is intended, on the one hand, to develop the talent of this group, improving the skills most demanded by companies, and, on the other, to make companies aware of the need to integrate and train them, so that they continue to be an active part and are not expelled from the labor market."

In this sense, debate is proposed as a methodology that fosters the ability to exercise critical judgement.Other objectives are to improve the quality and efficiency of education and training, promote active citizenship and enhance creativity.<< Implementation >>The following activities will be developed:- Transnational meetings between project partners.- A training course for teachers on debate methodology.- Local laboratories to work on debate methodology.- Holding online debates between university students from different countries.- Local seminars to share the results of the project.- A Final Conference in Spain.- Dissemination activities of the results obtained.<< Results >>The results of the project will be:- Online manual on debate methodology.- A collaborative e-learning platform.- A manual for the development of debate in different contexts, which will be integrated into the collaborative platform.- An online debate tool.- Report on the feasibility of a new debate-based training programme and its transferability to other higher education organisations and beyond.- Exploitation plan of the project results.
