We surveyed the status quo and the winding needs of the electric and hybrid car area by conducting a survey among key players in the sector2. We developed a modularized competence matrix with associated learning activities / situations3. We chose a work based learning approach as the teaching method with a mixture of theory and practice, and we based the teaching materials on two different approaches; one for classroom-based teaching which is text-based, and one for workshop training, based on presentations, instructions and video4. We have developed a training course with five learning situations within four learning areas within the field of electric and hybrid vehicles.- A learning activity for 18 apprentices- a multiplier event- Ongoing dissemination activitiesAll in all, we estimate that the project has had a direct impact on approximately 400 people, ranging from participation in specific project activities to being ""exposed"" to dissemination of the project. The project is successful as a training course has been developed that addresses the skill-gap in field of electric and hybrid vehicles. A training course which is possible to implement at most vocational schools without the big issues. The entire training course and all teaching materials are publicly available on the ERASMUS + dissemination platform and on the project website."

Although our students have very good acceptance among companies in the sector, the changing nature of this in terms of technology, forces us to be in continuous formation. One of the leading technologies in the market is the deployment of services, infrastructures and development platforms in the cloud. For this reason we believe that Erasmus projects are an ideal framework to be able to meet this need that not only implies an improvement in the vocational training of our students but also in their linguistic and cultural competences allowing the personal and social growth of these participants ( Not only students but also teachers). We are a young center with only 20 years of age and we wish to take the step in this type of Erasmus projects. The center has experience in annual exchanges with other European schools and in participation in Comenius associations. For its development we can count on the participation of other European schools: a German center (BBS Osterholz-Scharmbeck), an Italian (Istituto D'Istruzione Superiore Einaudi Pareto), a Greek (1 EPAL CHIOU) and our own Spanish center. The project is aimed at students of Vocational Training. The duration of the project is 2 years with 7 transnational meetings during 2017/18 and 2018/19. The development of the project involves the staging of different activities: .- Analysis of current cloud solutions to know the market and be able to adopt a better decision when choosing one. .- Explore solutions that allow us to access with free accounts and other accounts that are paid like SaaS, PaaS and IaaS The expected impact on participating organizations and individuals is: .- The updating of the didactic programs adapted to the leading technologies and demanded by the companies. .- The companies will receive better trained technicians that will improve their socioeconomic environment. .- Change in teaching methodology from a more traditional use of physical equipment with virtual machines, to laboratories in the cloud that will allow the student to perform the tasks from any location outside the physical buildings of schools. This new model will speed up the development of lessons, which will allow a better technical preparation of our students. .- Improvement in the internationalization of the centres by creating networks with other schools that share the same teaching style which will help the performance of future projects: trainees in foreign companies, new group projects, etc. .- Improvement in the linguistic competence of students and teachers. .- Empowering the European spirit Evaluation questionnaires will be carried out to assess the degree of acquisition of the expected objectives. These questionnaires will be carried out by students, teachers and companies. We believe that one of the most important phases in the development of a project is the dissemination of the project, since it benefits the whole educational community and the most direct environment of the school. In order to get this we will perform the following actions: - Make it known to the faculty of teachers and school council as well as educational authorities. .- Publish them on the web of participating centers. .- Invitation to local newspapers. .- Publish in the educational magazine of the community, as national and European .- Publish in social networks of both the center and personal.

We start from a thorough needs analysis per target group, do research and gain expert input, and then develop solutions that are verified and approved by each target group, including learners with fewer opportunities.<< Results >>Prep4Pro provides the full package to start or increase quality ErasmusPro learner mobilities: 1) a strategy, including all tools, to build a strong, sustainable network of VET providers across Europe, with ours as proof2) a roadmap book in 8 European languages as a practical framework & guide for ErasmusPro, with specific sections on learners with fewer opportunities3) communication strategies and tools to reach, inform, involve and motivate each target group to participate in ErasmusPro.

Our main purpose is to help vocational training centers develop mobilities in the field of KA1 projects together with other European counterpart centers. The expected results at the end of the project are:1. At the computer level:- Adapt the platform to the different sensitivities of the member countries.- Adapt the platform to mobility consortia.- Include in the mobility students who are in danger of social exclusion.- Make improvements on the page so that it is accessible from mobile phones and tablets.2. Development of a user guide that helps centres face the initial challenges posed by exchanges.3. A comparative study of the different systems of professional training of the partners involved in the project. The need to reapply for a new project is justified by:1. Helping to increase the number of non-Spanish centres registered on the Platform. At the time of writing these lines, the project has 692 centers, of which 400 are Spanish. This means the platform is not understood outside Spain.2. 94.4% of the registered centers consider it basic to have someone to guide them in the search process since many of them are involved in the KA102 projects for the first time. It is therefore necessary to prepare a guide that serves as an orientation to the centers that start taking part in the exchange.3. And, finally, this project is a perfect tool to be able to deal with one of the problems that all the KA1 mobilities face, i.e. to be able to offer accommodation in families, which entails a true cultural integration. We have based the selection of project partners on the objectives to be met.Vocational training centers: The former partners of the KA202 project . Barthélémy Thimonnier High School, CollegesWales.and new Osterholz-Scharmbeck BBS centersScholengroep Brussel from Belgium, Colegiul Alexe Marin from Romania, IEK-AXIA from Greece.Companies: LINGOO is our support in the management of families. The project has a duration of 27 months and is structured in three phases:Phase A: December 2019 to November 2020: New sections and improvement of the Erasmobility Platform.Phase B: December 2020 to September 2021: Material and teaching resources to improve, enrich and facilitate mobility.Phase C: October 2021 to January 2022: Dissemination processAs for the modality of cooperation between the partners, the following way of work has been planned:Each partner must prepare a draft in which it will propose to the transnational meetings a series of personal ideas in a number of issues: improvements that the platform may need, creation of their own monitoring tools to assess the quality of the project, development of the planned teaching activities, support for the sustainability of the Erasmobility platformBased on these drafts, the partners, throughout the various transnational meetings, will develop a consensus document for the subsequent execution of each subject in the scheduled time. All the meetings and transnational activities have been distributed among all the members that make up the project. To be able to control that the planned activities have been fulfilled, a self-evaluation and follow-up plan has been arranged. This plan is structured on the basis of objectives, deadlines and people responsible for coordination and assessment. The main means of communication with the partners, apart from the six planned transnational meetings, will be:Through the Dropbox folder that has already been enabled. With a group of whats'app that we use for emergency situations. We do not rule out bilateral meetings between the coordinating partner and the other partners to discuss issues of cooperation in the field of dissemination and other key aspects. Before transnational meetings, telematic meetings will take place in order to ensure the coordination of all partnersThe main beneficiaries of this project are not only the participating institutions, but also the vocational training centers in the countries of the participating partners at a local, regional and national level.
