    The main goal of the strategic partnership was to develop innovative intercultural and interdisciplinary multimedia tools in the field of key competences. Plants - creation of modern digital multimedia tools (educational projects showing examples of occupations including key competences necessary for the implementation of this career path:1. BOOKKEPER; 3.ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER; 4.EVENT MANAGER , quizzes available on the consulting platform) - available in 3 languages ​​of the partnership and adapted to the specifics of each country participating in the project.- preparation and launch of an advisory platform in 3 languages ​​for youth.In order to reach more people, Partners prepared all products in English, which gave the opportunity to disseminate products without any resistance among all who know this language. Considering the universality of English, this is the most universal language approach.Design products are available in three languages: English, Polish and Italian.As part of the project, products of a universal nature have been developed. The involvement of international partners has allowed the development of products that can be used and used in partner countries. The developed products are useful for recipients regardless of their place of residence, which is of great importance with today's educational and professional mobility.

Turning to the new community and meeting the educational needs of immigrant students is a major concern of the UK Butterflies, and at the same time a major challenge for education systems throughout Europe.As part of an innovative project ""Multiculturalism in the face of identity preservation - youth education projects"" have been created and assembled in one place:- a set of school-based educational tools that are applicable to parallel target groups (teachers, educators, pupils, parents) consisting of: digital material for multiculturalism, living in the contact of cultures in the community. multikuti.Project implementation took place in 2 stagesI STAGE: Developing innovative multimedia tools for school children in multicultural and identity areas. In the first stage, innovative solutions for modern methods of learning and co-operation of school children in the fourth stage of education (according to Polish classification) were developed. Development of modern technical and technological tools for school youth. Experts and students in each partner country were involved in the production of the materials.STAGE II: Validation of developed educational materials and dissemination. Within this stage, the developed tools were tested in schools, modified after evaluation and validation. 3 dissemination events (conferences and seminars) were carried out.The impact of the project will not end with the completion of the project. Developed innovative materials will be available in the market. project.The project has produced results of a universal nature. Involvement of international partners has enabled us to develop products that can be used and will be used in partner countries.The developed products are useful for the recipients regardless of their place of residence, which is of great importance in today's educational and occupational mobility. ).Long-term benefits, if applicable: Due to the fact that the project products are entirely in English (partner language - UK Butterfly and partner language), they are available and can be used by nationals of other countries. This makes it possible to draw examples for similar actions for other target groups, or to extend further support to representatives in the field of multiculturalism, assimilation and identity.At the end of the project the produced teaching materials and the project website are promoted http://www.multiculturalism.eu.     Project: Youth School for Social Media Safety Leaders Time of completion 12 months. Detailed objectives:- education of young people (about 50 people) in the field of safe media use in the period from 01/06/2019 to 31/05/2020- learning about the possibility of eliminating threats resulting from improper media use in the period from 01/06/2019 to 31/05/2020social networking- shaping attitudes for young people from Poland, Ukraine and Turkey, making good decisions related to time and choosing content in social media,- informing young people about the possibilities of support from organizations dealing with combating illegal content on the Internet (on an ongoing basis)Two results will be worked out: 1. multimedia materials for young people to share in online social networks security dot 2. online safety guide available on the web. For the youth, the world in social media is equal to the real world. Implementation of the project within the framework of cooperationinternational cooperation will allow the synergy of diversity of each participating country to be exploited in the area of raising competences. Theinvolvement of international partners will allow for the development products that can be used and will be used in partner countries. The language of communication and the main language of the project will be English.The main activity in the project is:- development of 3 innovative e-learning courses in the field of: 1. computer operation, ability to work with software for remote work. 2. learning specialist programs on the example of accounting and HR programs 3. English language learning focused on a specialist language within specialist computer programs (the most popular phrases in the field of specialized vocabulary of computer programs)- implementation of 2 webinars in the field of soft skillsBLOCK I: communication training (with an emphasis on remote work) and workplace organizationBLOCK II: team conflict resolution (with an emphasis on remote work), and organization of working hours (with an emphasis on remote work),3. develop a digital guide - a tutorial for learning to work remotely - a practical guide with a teacher.Activities undertaken under the project will be carried out with the participation of experts and practitioners in the field of work psychology and career counseling with the use of new multimedia.The project is dedicated to women who, due to the covid 19 pandemic, cannot freely return to the labor market and want to remotely regain the possibility of active participation in society in order to prevent social and digital exclusion. The availability of the developed results in English will make it possible to use these materials for career counselors throughout the EU, because, as the OECD report shows, remote work is the best way to solve the problem of unemployment in small regions, as many as 55% of respondents would like to work remotely, if only they had such an opportunity. Research shows that the interest in remote work is greater than the possibility of using such a model of work.Group of direct recipients of the developedsupport, they will be:- women- experts from formal and informal education centers,-Vocational education and training organizations responsible for improving competences;- institutions supporting women - Centers for Continuing Education, Methodological Centers.The project is addressed to them and they will become the recipients of information on the possibility of taking part in the activities developed by the partnership: Eduexpert Poland, DITC LIMITED Cyprus, Alanya Hamdullah Emin Pasa Universitesi Turkey, UNIVERSITATEA DIN PITESTI Romania, Elektroszkolenia Poland.All these groups use the Internet and can take full advantage of the multimedia materials that are available to them - 3 e-learning courses, 2 webinars in the field of soft skills, 1 tutorial for learning remote work - a practical guide with a teacher.
