Other important objectives are:- Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity - Inclusion and diversity by increasing employability of vulnerable unemployed adults by giving them an opportunity to start a social enterprise and reach financial independence - Implementing a cross-sectoral, cross-border and intercultural training program<< Implementation >>The project will implement the following activities: - needs assessment of participant needs - development oftraining modules - pilot testing of training modules - fine-tuning of training modules - staff training - recruitment of program participants - creation of public Facebook SESSP group - recording of video and audio files - multiplier events.<< Results >>The expected results include: - Consolidated leadership skills among participants as social innovators -Consolidated entrepreneurial skills- Development of digital skills and other life skills - Creation of a cross-border community of knowledge -Creation of cross-border partnerships.

FInal meeting<< Results >>- Designed and published a short description guide of the entrepreneurship itinerary for migrant and/or refugee women.- Improved entrepreneurial skills and socio-labour insertion of 30 women.- Designed and published an online course for Adult Education Providers that introduces the development of the entrepreneurial pathway.- Improved the skills of the AEPs in counseling and training for female and migrant entrepreneurship. - Sensitized the population in migrant women entrepreneurship

Indirect participants (ca. 1000 persons) are unemployed persons who struggle with lack of key competences and need new approach in the area of gaining key competeneces and career counseling.As part of the project, we will organize 5 transnational project meetings during which exchange of good practices in the field of career counseling and gaining key competences will take place. To enhance exchange of good practices and dissimate results outside of partnership we will organise transnational career counseling forum.Results of the project:- Development of skills in working with unemployed people who are experiencing shortages in key competencies,- To learn a new methods of counselling,- Exchange of good practices in the area of counselling,- Learn how to work with the unemployed in other countries,- Improved language skills,- Increase the quality of services,- To strengthen relations between the partners and the opening of opportunities for further cooperation,- To organise transnational career counselling forum.The project will positively impact the quality of service offered by each of the partner, which may translate into better alignment of support to the expectations of the unemployed. It will certainly be positive that affected the perception of the partners as a credible institution that are able to accurately diagnose their clients and prepare them for the right offer professional activation. In addition, employees gain the knowledge on key competencies and ways of its transmission will contribute to lower operating costs.Participants will obtain knowledge how to work professionally with the unemployed who are experiencing gaps in key competencies and are away of labour market, and how to turn them again in to it.

This is essential as the pandemic highlighted how isolated and vulnerable users can be. The project will help in inclusion of migrant workers, will improve the level of courses offered by adult education centres and will offer capacity building for the trainers.<< Implementation >>1.Our initial study created the basis for this project. We are going to build on the study and carry out a full blown training needs analysis which will translate into a research paper available for anyone with an interest in the INCLUSION OF MIGRANT LEARNERS.2. We will focus on the low and medium skilled migrant learners and we will develop an IT course which will serve as a tool for learners to follow further training courses.3. Adult education staff will be trained<< Results >>Our project is three fold:We will have information and data - qualitative and quantitative about the needs of migrant learners and employers.We will create an IT course - 8 modules which will be used of the first cohort of 80 learnersAn adult education staff course to give the staff skills to teach learners how and what needs to be done to follow virtual and blended courses. We will train on modern tools such as podcasting which will help the staff be more professional.
