    << Objectives >>Main objectives of the project are to analyse the skills, competences and knowledge of occupations in construction sector acquired in work and to create digital test for them for identification of skills, competences and knowledge, and provide them with training materials for improvement of their skills. Within project descriptions of occupations in construction sector acquired in work, digital tests for skill identification, training materials will be prepared in English, Italian and Latvian.<< Implementation >>1.Occupation descriptions in construction sector acquired in work will be prepared for the 2 occupations in English2.2 Digital tests for selected occupations will be developed in English, Latvian and Italian3.Training material will be developed in English, Latvian and Italian4.Pilot testing and pilot training will be provided with involvement of 20 persons in each activity in both countries5.Publicity of project and results6. The project will be managed, meetings organized<< Results >>Within project will be prepared:1) 2 descriptions of skills, competences and knowledge acquired by workers in work activities in construction sector in English;2) 2 digital tests for identification of skills, competences and knowledge of workers in construction sector in English, Italian and Latvian;3) Training course for improvement of skills, competences and knowledge workers in construction sector in English, Italian and Latvian.

    << Objectives >>Project’s main aims are:1) to provide comprehensive, modern and interesting career guidance materials about mechanical engineering and metalworking (MM) industries, related education and qualifications in Latvia and Estonia ;2) to train career guidance consultants, STEM teachers and other educators and specialists in general education insitutions about career prospects in mechanical engineering and metalworking industries.<< Implementation >>Project has 2main activities:1) Established interesting digital career guidance materials for educators in Estonian, Latvian and English about mechanical engineering and metalworking industries and supported with videos for pupils and wider society;2) Training of at least 50 (25 per national country) career guidance consultants, STEM teachers and other educators and specialists in general education insitutions; about career possibilities in mechanical engineering and metalworking industries<< Results >>To strengthen support for Career guidance consultants, STEM teachers and other educators and specialists in general education insitutions with interesting digital teaching materials about mechanical engineering and metalworking industries, related education and qualifications in national languages and English thus educators, mobile laboratories could increase pupils interest about STEM education and professions.

    << Objectives >>The project aims to:- transfer and adapt a system for teachers and trainers how to organize professional trainings for adults in a digital environment- developed and implemented a new digital tool for conducting trainings for adults- encourage the exchange of experience and know-how between different types of organizations involved in adult education and training process- improve digital skills of teachers and trainers in partner organizations<< Implementation >>The planned small partnership aims to transfer good practices in the field of organizing, conducting and certifying trainings for adults through the exchange of experience and ideas between the selected organizations. The planned activities are mainly three - research and analysis, selection and implementation of ICT tool, testing and implementation in activities related to adult learning.<< Results >>For the three partners this project is an opportunity to gain significant experience in working in an international environment, in creating valuable partnerships with various European organizations and expanding adult learning activities. We would like to use our expert capacity to create useful ICT tool to support teachers for a effective work in an online environment.

    << Objectives >>The MAIN IDEA of the project initiated is to create opportunities to identify, assess and validate the competencies / qualifications acquired in a person's work (QAWA). The direct target group of the project is people working in the manufacturing sector. The indirect target group are employers in the manufacturing sector and the state, both of which have an interest in establishing the most transparent wage system and improving the conditions of those working in the manufacturing sector.<< Implementation >>During the project:1. QAWA profiles will be prepared for the six occupations in the manufacturing sector;2. QAWA assessment tests for selected professions will be developed;3. training material (including QAWA Assessment Procedures Manual) for QAWA assessors will be developed;4. QAWA assessor training will be provided;5. a pilot QAWA assessment will be carried out;6. the project will be administered and managed.<< Results >>During the project:1. QAWA descriptions will be prepared for 6 professions in the manufacturing sector (documents in ENG);2. QAWA assessment tests for 6 selected professions will be developed (online tools in ENG);3. 1 QAWA Assessor Training Material Package will be developed in ENG;4. 1 QAWA Assessor Training Session will be completed and 9 QAWA Assessors will be trained;5. A QAWA assessment of 36 employees in the manufacturing sector will be carried out.
