<< Objectives >>We notice 2 disturbing but interrelated tendencies: the growing alienation of Brussels and the citizen, the identification with the european unification process is diminishing. At the same time neonationalist movements are getting more support throughout the member states. Both processes are getting enforced by uncomplete blame-culture jounalism. Our main issue is to counteract these tendencies by showing tangible subsidiarity - which makes our EU-democracies more resilient.<< Implementation >>We're a hiking seminaree on politics with multinational students. By being on the move we're giving transparency to different regional applications to the same EU rules. We show the history forming our varieties of cultures and we're creating room for discussing the different answers i.e. to protection of minorities or in the application of EES. At the same time we establish a network of regional organisations to live subsidiarity and discuss european processes subsidiarily.<< Results >>We expect participants to define themselves more as Europeans and to be more concious about the fact that there's no contradiction between local roots and supranational structures. We also expect them to change their behaviour to a more ressourceorientated sustainable one. Among the organisations we expect the network becoming an established discussion place for the matters European Worklive, European Identity and Sustainable Travelling. We expect the transnational cooperation to continue.
